Stephanie Nielsen became known by many through her delightful blog, the NieNie Dialogues, where she shared the experiences of her everyday life as a mother of four. But she became known by many more when she and her husband, Christian, were involved in a small plane crash in August. Both survived but were severely burned-- Christian over 30% of his body and Stephanie over 80% of hers. And the response from the online community was unprecedented -- auctions were held, donations were made and people came together to make a difference.
